All, Check it and Solve Please . I have been using the PTCL Broadband Internet for more than 4 month’s and it worked perfect but unfortunately my modem started to Hanging Problem which means the device is not working Properly and that Modem Light is stop not blink. I called the PTCL support and they did not send any technical guy at My Office and I have tell the Ptcl Customer Support on call and according to him the modem’s is faulty and you would have to purchase a new modem from the market. Now I’m confused as PTCL did not mention of giving away the modem or not supporting the modem after 4 Month’s. We Use 4 MB Broad Band Connection Uses. Basically We Use to as per Online Quran Tutering Service and we use Modem 24 Hour’s Regularly. I Request you Please Hurry to Solved My Problem There Connection.
