My DSL service on number 0442529526 is having problem every second day. I can’t use the service normally. If you guys can solve this for meand change in student package I’ll be grateful!

and i was go to the help line center and i m telling that leave the connection and get me a new connection.but they said to me that u have also a new connection requiring to our information.but i can’t have a new connection or niether old connection..
plz take the action.

I would like to complain of my telephone line which often remains dead and we face frequently phone dead, cross connection and Net disconnection problem since long period of time.
I have done hundreds of complain but still i am facing problem but now i have got tired now this is my last try after that i will switch to another option. You please get changed my telephone wire becasue some broadband helper suggested for changing wire and i have already submitted two times wire change request but no progress now you consider this email as wire change request.
