my brodband DSL speed very slow from 3 months.I have been complaining to 1218 and Exchange 3 months again and again but somebody didn”t risponse me till now.

So please help me about this problem in 24 houres.

mira telephone 1 mah sey kharab han bar bar 1218 ko camplant kia or aap ko email bi kia, lakeen ko assar nahi hwoa.
jab aap nea teek nahei karna tho ay email or 1218 ka mazzaq kue. bahtter han kia a silsila band kar do (na rahy bans na bajjea bansery).

it is very unfortunate that my telephone no nowshera(923-650220) is out of order since july but complaint fell on deaf ear.
can any one do something about this

from 4th august i have converted my dsl from 1mb to 4mb. offically it is converted ( that now i will charge for 4mb ) but still my speed is 1mb. i complaint on 1218 for many times, every time they gave me 24 hours but still the promblem is same. i went to ptcl branch on charsada road peshawar they told me that in one day the problem will be solved but 4 days ago i am still facing the same promblem. my telephone no is 091 2582161. please take suitable actions to solve my problem.

In June this year I had lodged a complaint that bills are being poured in at my house for a non-installed phone. This illegal act continues unabated, which is causing mental torture to me and my family. My son Khurram Iqbal did apply for a ptcl connection but when it was delayed, we purchased Vptcl and hence did not need any more phone. I reserve the right to approach the court and claim damages for your illegal and uncalled for act. Pl stop this nuisance.

Please refer to enclosed copy of my telephone bill, it has been noted that Rs.375/- has been charged against overseas call on 12-6-2010.

In this connection, I would like to inform you that I and y family members were celebrate my birth day out side from our house. Therefore the question dose not arise overseas call.

You are therefore, requested to please look into the matter ad arrange to refund of Rs.375/- of which has been wrongly charged against overseas call.

An early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

my land line phone # 042-37846810 is out of oder for the last 2 months .lodged complaint at telephone exch. Multan road Lahore,but in vain.please rectify /or subsitute may be provided .we are paying line rent for nothing .
