Please resolve my problem permanently after changing the wire line which is very old one.

My PTCl No is 2522976.My PTCL no is out of order from 12 days. I have given daily three time complaints on PTCl 1218. but to no vain.Locally I tried my best to solve the problem by telling the SDO Rana Sb. but he told it problem will be sort out when time comes.

1st My ptcl 0214407928 number is held up before 14 days but no body positive ANS me.
2nd I have your brood band but no speed maximum time this NET system is down.
plz dump your complain center if they never provide us good response.

tel # 021-4123648 is not in order for 4 months. various complaints have been lodged but no use. in meeting with Div. Engr.IV, Pak Capital Exchange Karachi, he assured for today. at 5.30pm I fetched area lineman and asked about my complaint.He replied ” I have not get any directive about your complaint.I am requesting to the cocerned authority kindly order for early action about my dead phone. wasi warsi

This was the only institute whoes performance was excellent. But at this time its performance is at reprehensible level.I disconnected my phone only due to cold responce of the department.My # was 042 6660067. The allied D.E plead to me not to convey the actual reason.If this is the performance of the department, shame on you.

and mrs nadeem ullah of kp exchange karachi and D Of karachi exchange will be take a bribery and not work of phone line in the area and i request of D SO HE RESPONCE IT SO PHONE LINE SAYS CABLE FAULT
and my neighbours phone liness is not any priblem so pls sir check it \

you must give 100,150 rs to line man, then they solve your problem in a second, please customer service from exchange end are all zero percent, no one listening us..@wasi warsi

My telephone No. 064522252 Village basti Buzdar Tehsile Taunsa Sharif is out of order since a lon time. When the staff is get it repaired. It became again faulty after two or three days. Despite of various complaints no proper action is taken in this regard. The Ptcl service in this area is very poor. Request for an early action please
